TMC Fall Meeting Registration

First-time fleet, educator, or service provider attendee status requires verification to receive a $200 discount. For verification, call (703) 838-1763 or email tmc@trucking.org. 

Full Meeting Registration fee includes entry to TMC functions, all open business/educational sessions, food functions, and social events. Spouse/Family Member registrations do not include access to business/educational sessions. Industry professionals must register as a full meeting attendee.

TMCSuperTech and TMCFutureTech Registration Forms

The deadline to register as a Competitor is August 21. Reach out to TMC at tmc@trucking.org with any questions.

TMCSuperTech Competitor and Judge & Observer TMCFutureTech Competitor

All competitors must complete a form and sign the “Agreement and Release” section to officially register for the competition. Judges and observers register using the competitor registration form.

The AI Summit Registration

The AI Summit registration includes access to only The AI Summit sessions and TMC's Wednesday Industry Luncheon. It does not include access to other TMC Fall Meeting or TMCSuperTech functions. The AI Summit is an educational track within TMC's Fall Meeting. TMC encourages all attendees to be TMC Fall full meeting registrants so they may have full access to all open TMC task forces, study groups, educational sessions, social/meal functions, and the TMCSuperTech competitions.

NOTE: TMC/ATA does not invoice for meeting registrations. ALL registration requests submitted on a form must include payment information in the credit card fields to be processed.

Change & Cancellation Policy 

TMC does not allow non-member individuals to substitute for a TMC member; however, exceptions may be made for certain extenuating circumstances. Call TMC staff at (703) 838-1763 or email tmc@trucking.org for details.

Substitutions and transfers submitted after the early-bird deadline, for registrations processed at the early-bird rate, are required to pay the difference in the registration rates.

ALL change and cancellation requests require written notification. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to registrations@trucking.org.

CHANGES: September 7 is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. Beginning Saturday, September 19, changes will be accepted onsite at the Registration Desk.

CANCELLATIONS: August 21 is the deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund less a $200 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations will not be accepted onsite at the Registration Desk.

No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after August 21.

When registering online or with the form, you have the opportunity to indicate dietary restrictions.

Dietary restrictions include any food allergies, intolerances, or restrictions of which we should be aware, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten, dairy allergies, shellfish allergies, and nut allergies.

We will share this information with the venue/caterer to assist with planning, but we cannot guarantee that menu items are free from allergens or meet every dietary need.  By registering, you acknowledge that all food and beverage choices are provided by a third-party venue or caterer, and ATA is not responsible for ensuring specific dietary accommodations or any adverse reactions that may occur.
