TMCSuperTech Professional TMCFutureTech Student

Full Meeting Registration fee includes entry to TMC functions, all business/educational sessions, food functions, and social events. Spouse/Family Registration does not include access to business/educational sessions. Industry professionals must register as a full meeting attendee.

TMC/ATA does not invoice for meeting registrations. ALL registration requests submitted on a form must include payment information in the credit card fields to be processed. 

Important Deadlines

  • Discounted Hotel Rate - August 16 (Hotels will charge one night’s room deposit on or around this date)
  • Meeting Registration Cancellation - August 16 (Refund minus $200 cancellation fee)
  • Changes/Substitutions/Transfer - September 2

Only those registered for the meeting will receive a hotel booking link in their registration confirmation email. 

Spouse/Family and TMCFutureTech and TMCSuperTech Observer registrations will not receive a separate hotel booking link.

Change & Cancellation Policy 

TMC is no longer allowing non-member individuals to substitute for a TMC member; however, exceptions may be made for certain extenuating circumstances. Call TMC staff at (703) 838-1763 or email for details.

ALL change and cancellation requests require written notification. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to

CHANGES: September 2 is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. After September 2, we will be focusing on assisting with processing new registrations only. Beginning Saturday, September 14 changes will be accepted onsite at the Registration Desk.

CANCELLATIONS: August 16 is the deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund less a $200 per person administrative fee. Cancellations will not be accepted onsite at the Registration Desk.

No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after August 16.
